II — Cleanse
Savon Noir
Purifying Body Cleanser · 100 ml · 3.4 fl.oz
€46
Black, dense, faintly green — a paste, not a lather. It turns soft the moment it meets warm skin, and pulls a week of dullness with it before the kessa ever touches you.
Savon noir is the first gesture of the hammam, unchanged for generations: olives, pressed and saponified with potash, nothing added to hurry it. BÉLDI carries that same paste out of the bathhouse and into solid chrome — the ritual made portable, without being made smaller.
We reply personally, usually within a day, with the total and payment details.
Ingredients
Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, potassium hydroxide, water, olive leaf, potassium olivate.
How to use
Massage into warm, damp skin — steam or a hot shower both work. Leave for five minutes while it draws out what the day left behind. Rinse, then follow with the kessa for the full ritual. Once a week, as the hammam intends; a thin layer is all it takes, which makes one tube around two months of the ritual.
Sealed, not shared
Black soap is traditionally kept in an open pot that every hand goes into, refilled and shared. This one is sealed in chrome with a key that rolls it up from the base, so nothing reaches your skin before you do.
