Returns

If you change your mind, you may return an unopened, unused piece within fourteen days of receiving it. Write to us first and we will confirm the return address.

Return postage is yours unless the order was wrong or damaged. We refund to the same account you paid from, once the piece arrives back with its seal intact.

Savon noir is a cosmetic sealed for hygiene. Once that seal is broken it cannot be resold, and we cannot accept it back. This is standard across the category and it is the reason the seal exists.

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us a photograph within seven days of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and we do not ask you to send the damaged piece back.
