Every order is packed and dispatched from Morocco. We ship worldwide.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. We confirm dispatch by email and give you a tracking reference at the same time.
Delivery time varies with destination. We will give you the estimate for your country, and the shipping cost, in the same message as your total — before you pay anything.
Duty and import tax
Orders travelling outside Morocco may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your own customs authority, not by us, and are payable by the recipient.
We declare every parcel accurately. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.
